Can I switch out colors?

The short answer, yes. The long answer, not really. So our kits are handpicked and packaged as described on the product pages. We can't switch out any of our prepicked kits--BUT you can customize a kit to your specifications and colors that you'd like. This is an expensive process, but the sky is the limit right? Contact us at and we will try to help.

Are other color kits available?

Yes! Stick around for our newsletter to be notified first when we release limited edition kits and colors.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free with the exception of any promotions that may charge a shipping and handling fee for smaller items (samples, free items, add-ons).

Placing an Order

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credits cards, CashApp, and PayPal. You can also mail us a check, pay cash or specify pick-up/drop in the Atlanta Metro area (100 mile radius from zip code 30305). Contact for alternate payment methods.

Where is U.S. sales tax collected?

Tax is collected on orders shipped to Georgia. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email.

Can I cancel an order?

We hope you won't need to but if you do, please know in order to serve you best, we start working on your order immediately after it is submitted, and we are unable to stop or cancel an order once it has been placed. You will need to send us an email directly and we will be happy to help you (


What should I do if my item arrived damaged?

No sweat! Send us a message with a picture and description of the damage to within 3 days of receipt. No need to send us back the damaged product, we will get a new kit out to you ASAP! (Please note: Damage consists of items that were damaged during transit or the cause of the carrier. Any damaged caused to products that are deemed by the consumer will incur a restock and shipping fee).

Ethical Practices

What ethical practices do you practice?

We are a vegan and cruetly-free company that does not test any products or ingredients on animals. A few of our items are also gluten-free. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Brand Ambassadors and Scholarships

Do you collaborate and have brand ambassadors?

We sure do! We offer a partnership with makeup artists that include a discount on kits, and a personalized discount code to share that includes a commission on every kit sold with your code. In addition, we invite makeup artists to host our "Sip n' Slay" parties where participants receive a Brag Box and other goodies to get tips and tricks of the trade from seasoned artists. Interested? Is it true you offer scholarships for cosmetology school?

We are committed to supporting makeup artists, estheticians, and cosmetologists in their pursuit of all things beauty and glam. We have a small number of scholarships for individuals attending cosmetology school, and will continue to support artists as our company grows.
